By joining the Darlington Mowden Park 100 Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership costs £10 per month via Standing Order or £120 per year if paying annually by BACS.

Monthly Standing Order payments must be made on the 1st of each month (or the next working day if this falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday). Payments received after the 5th of the month will not be eligible for that month's draw.

Each member will be allocated a unique 100 Club number once their registration has been completed.

There are a maximum of 100 numbers available in the draw. Any numbers that have not been allocated to a member will not be included in the monthly draw.

The 100 Club will run every month starting from September

The monthly prize draw consists of:
1st Prize: £250
2nd Prize: £100
3rd Prize: £50

Once each year, the Christmas draw will replace the standard monthly draw and feature enhanced prizes of:
1st Prize: £500
2nd Prize: £200
3rd Prize: £100

Draws will normally take place during the Club Board's monthly meeting. Occasionally, the draw may be held at a club event or matchday to allow members to witness the draw live.

Winners will be contacted directly and prize money will be paid as soon as reasonably possible. Monthly results will also be shared with all members by email and published on the club's website and social media channels unless a winner requests anonymity.

Darlington Mowden Park RFC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to all current members before they take effect.

By joining the 100 Club, members acknowledge that the remaining proceeds from the scheme, after prize payments and associated administration, will be used to support Darlington Mowden Park RFC and its ongoing development for the benefit of the club and its members.
