WHAT A TEAM!

Although Head Coach Furness told his team it was training last week his team and most of his family turned up at West Hartlepool RFC in freezing rain. Furness was in the warmth and was warmed further by the delight of hearing of his team's progress. "They keep on improving, " he said, "The Sky's the Limit for this team, or perhaps it should be outer space, for this team."

Iain and Eoghann for coached in his absence. It was very cold. Michelle, Oliver’s mum, volunteered to wash the kit. Claire collected the subs. James and Alfie were players of the week. Seamus returned to play after becoming very cold and Aodan leant his teammate his gloves.

There was excellent spreading out into space, working as a team, very good defensive work, excellent defensive lines, ENJOYMENT, TEAMWORK, RESPECT of the coaches and Aodan’s DISCIPLINE was improved with only the yellow card compared to one red last week. These are further excellent examples of Rugby Core Values.
