U10s Newcastle Falcons Festival

Upon the final whistle of the semi-final the emotion etched across the faces of the Mowden players and coaches summed up the day...so close yet so far. A very close 1 try loss in the semi-final against Tynedale was little reward for the quality of play that the lads showed and had the weather been a little kinder the there is no doubt that the boys would have been almost unstoppable. Loads of quality performances but the contribution of Rory Anderson was immense and one that he should be proud of for a very long time.

Its back to work tomorrow – Rowan with a hangover and Mike just generally depressed!
