This is an exciting part time opportunity for an experienced coach to lead the DMP Sharks programme as they enter the RFU Championship North for the 2023/24 season. The ideal candidate will be an experienced coach with a strong understanding of the women’s domestic game. In addition to this, a demonstration of experience and/or professional development in the performance setting will be highly advantageous. A level 3 coaching qualification is desirable for this role.

Working alongside the club’s wider coaching network, the Head Coach will be responsible for the planning and delivery of midweek training sessions and overseeing weekend league fixtures. A key part of this role will be working with the club’s existing Women & Girls coaches to further develop the pathway for junior girls through to adult rugby.
