While we knew this trip was on the horizon, it doesn’t make saying goodbye any easier. Luke has quickly established himself as a huge influence within the squad since joining at the start of the 2025/26 season, making a significant impact both on and off the pitch.

From dominating the skies in the lineout, to his crunching tackles in defence and his all‑round athleticism around the park, Luke has proven to be an outstanding addition to the team. His energy, commitment, and presence have been felt across every matchday, and his contributions have already left a lasting mark.

Since signing for Mowden, Luke has made 11 appearances and scored 10 points through two tries, underlining his value as a player who consistently delivers when it matters.
Although we’ll miss his influence over the coming months, Luke will be welcomed back with open arms when he returns from his travels. For now, we wish him safe travels and hope he enjoys every moment of his Australian adventure.
