Ahead of the upcoming National One season, Darlington Mowden Park are delighted to announce the arrival of Luckas Sableman-Blue. The 22 year-old winger joins from Rotherham Titans, and becomes DMP's fifth new signing of the summer. Asked about making the move to the Arena, Luckas commented: "I’m really looking forward to getting after it in this new league and attacking the challenges it will bring."

The Northumbria University graduate will bring further quality to the DMP back three, having missed only a handful of games in National Two North last season. Able to cover both wing and centre, Sableman-Blue joins fellow new arrivals Callum Davidson and Josh Ree in what promises to be an exciting backline this season.

Asked about the latest addition to the squad, Director of Rugby Garry Law added: "We're pleased that Luckas has agreed to come on board for next season. He is a big physical player but also has some very neat footwork and speed to go with it. He's a wing by trade but can also cover centre which again is going to be vital for the season ahead."
