DMPRFC Ltd are holding an AGM on Friday the 6th November 2026 at 6.30pm in the Darlington Arena President's Suite.

All members should have received an email or letter informing them of the meeting in good time. This notice serves as a further reminder.

This meeting is open to all full members of DMPRFC for the current 2026/27 season.

In accordance with the current Articles of Association the AGM will be held for the following purposes:

• To receive from the DMP Board the accounts for the DMP Group.
• To receive from the Board a report on the activities of the DMP Group.
• To announce the election as appropriate, of the Club Chairman, Treasurer and President.
• Any other business.

The position of Club Treasurer remains an RFU compliant position, on the basis that all financial matters/decisions are taken only and can be only at DMP Board level.
