As The Northern Echo Arena prepares for Saturday’s Pre-Season Friendly against Ayr, the club would like to share the following information to allow you to fully enjoy your match day experience.

Family Fun Day – The Family Fun Day will take place outside the Arena from 12.00pm-2.30pm. Entry is Free via the normal entrance to the Arena
There will be lots of activities going on throughout the day including:

• Dave Coates Stunt Show
• Star Radio Live Roadshow
• Food Outlets
• Face Painters
• Peppa Pig
• Emergency Services Display
• Fun Fair Rides & Inflatables
• DMP Merchandise & Membership Stall
• Children’s Activities & Giveaways

Kick Off Time – As well as the 1st XV in action (KO: 3pm), a DMP Sharks side will take on Novos Ladies RFC (KO:12pm) and the 3rd XV will take on Guisborough (KO:5pm)
Opening Times –The Cross Bar will open at 11.00am, The Penthouse will open at 12.00pm and the South West Concourse will open at 12.00pm (access to the Concourse will be via the CrossBar

Match Tickets – All three games are Free entry via the Cross Bar

Stadium Access – Supporters may enter the ground via the Cross Bar.

Security – Match Day stewards will be situated around the ground from 11.00am.

Bars – Supporters bar/food outlet facilities are available in the South West concourse. These will be open from 12.00pm

The Cross Bar will be open from 11am until late.

Crossbar pies and beef sandwiches will be available from 12 noon.

Raffle & Prizes – Mowden Park staff will be selling Raffle Tickets during the family fun day and in the Cross Bar from 12.00pm up until KO of the first team game.

The following prizes are available:
1st Prize: 2016/17 Queenie+ Membership
2nd Prize: Brand new Mowden Park 1st XV shirt
3rd Prize: Meal for two at Bella Italia

At Half-Time of the 1st XV game three rugby balls will be throwing into the crowd and those who catch them will win a meal for two courtesy of our Match Day sponsor Bella Italia.

Post-match entertainment – Anyone wishing to continue their day after the final whistle can head to the Cross Bar.

Parking – Stewards will be on hand to direct spectators on where to park, due to the family fun day taking up a section of the car park at The Northern Echo Arena.

Public Transport – Anyone not planning to drive to the game can utilise either the bus or rail service.

Pitch Access – Spectators must keep off the main Arena pitch at all times.
