Darlington Mowden Park are delighted to announce the signing of Grayson Maguire ahead of the upcoming National One season. The back rower joins having graduated from Durham University in the summer, and Maguire was looking forward to getting started at his new club: "I'm very excited for the season ahead with DMP and I am really looking forward to getting the boots back on."

The 22 year-old has previously represented National Two North side Otley, before being a part of the Western Province Academy in South Africa. Asked about the latest addition to his squad, DMP Director of Rugby Garry Law added: "Another player I'm very confident will fit in very well into how we like to play at DMP. He has already demonstrated that he'll add something a little different to what we already have which gives a nice blend to the back row. Grayson I'm sure will feature heavily for us next season and become an integral part of what we are about."
