Darlington Mowden Park are delighted to confirm that Marty Lithgo has re-signed with the club ahead of the upcoming National One season. The scrum half extends his stay with the North East side, and was looking forward to the season ahead: "Great to be involved with the club again, I'm looking forward to playing some good rugby and good banter after the games!"

Asked about his latest re-signing, DMP Director of Rugby Garry Law added: "Marty has been involved with the squad for the last 3 to 4 seasons but unfortunately his work commitments affected his involvement massively. Things have changed on that front and his availability will be constant throughout which will be a big bonus. He is working hard on his endurance in order to compete very hard for the starting 9 shirt."
