Club Statement - Brian Edwards

Brian had followed the club since the 1960’s, taking in Abbey Road, Yiewsley Drive and the Northern Echo Arena. He was one of the original volunteers who helped run the bar in the first club house on Victoria Road. Brian will be much missed by the Mowden Park Family. From everyone at the club, our thoughts are with the Edwards family.

A minutes silence was held on Saturday prior to Mowden's 1st XV game against Old Albanians in Brian's memory.

Brian's funeral will be held on Thursday 8th February at 11am at Holy Family Church, Cockerton.
