Runing alongside senior squad commitments, Arena Physio and Sports Rehab is a private physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation clinic open to the general public for self referral assessment and treatment of musculo-skeletal injuries, or for those who want to optimism their physical performance and reduce the risk of injury.
We are offering, non club and club members the opportunity to receive the same levels of care afforded by the senior squad players.
As well as manual therapy, a sports massage service is offered and 1 to 1 rehab classes which are tailored to individual needs to aid recovery from back pain, knee, ankle and shoulder injuries etc
Each appointment may last between 30 and 60 minutes, this is dependent of the presenting problem and the treatment and rehabilitation requirements. The cost of consultations is set at £25.00 per appointment.
