Over 150 people attended including, sponsors, supporters and Volunteers for a fantastic night. A huge thank you to all who attended and once again R Clarkes for their fantastic food.

The opening award went to 2 very special volunteers at the club for the Alan Booth trophy – volunteer of the year. This year the award went to 2 recipients:

Volunteer of the year - Gemma Burton – Now an integral part of the club who has brough all sections together and leads on all club admin for the players and parents, volunteers on the bar, raffles, hospitality you name Gemma has helped.

Volunteer of the Year - Steve Gray – whether its bacon sandwiches every Sunday morning behind the bar or helping pitchside with odd jobs around the arena Steve is there at all times to help out and give his time.

Coach of the Year was a very tight call this year between the U10’s and U15’s with the U10’s going unbeaten throughout the season which is a fantastic achievement. They were just pipped by the coaching team of the u15’s who made it to the county final, where they drew against Durham with honours shared, the challenge of merging new players and a very successful season on and off the pitch.
