DMP Squad Named for National One clash (3pm Kick Off).

Darlington Mowden Park have named their 20 man squad for tomorrow’s National One fixture against Chinnor at the Darlington Arena. The side includes 3 changes to the starting 15 from last weekend’s game against Bishop’s Stortford.

Two of those changes come in the pack, with Carl Guest returning to start at tighthead alongside Ralph Appleby and George Shannon. Dave Fisher and Max Davies retain their places in the second row, while Will Jones makes a welcome return on the openside flank. Joe Craggs shifts to 6, while captain Ollie Hodgson starts at Number 8 to round off the pack.

Euan McKirdy and Warren Seals continue at half back, with Callum Mackenzie moving to inside centre alongside the returning Ben Frankland. Paul Jarvis moves to full back, while Ollie Walker and Brandon Asher-Wood complete the starting 15 on the wings.

Amongst the replacements there’s a potential DMP debut for hooker Mike Newstead who recently joined up with the squad from Blaydon. Tristan Grant and Freddie Lockwood provide further cover for the forwards, while Garry Law and the returning Shaun McCartney offer options across the back line.
