Overview

As the sole representatives for the North East & Yorkshire in the new Women’s Rugby Tyrrells Premier 15 competition, Darlington Mowden Park Sharks are looking for a Proactive Development team manager to work as part of the Support team.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude towards providing players with the right environment to perform at the highest level.
The role will involve working under the guidance of the Head of programmes and Head coach.
