Rory Brand, Max Davies, Marcus Smith, Marcus Street and Henry Walker are named among the replacements and could all make their England U20 debuts.

Italy meanwhile have made just 2 changes to the starting 15 who lost narrowly to Ireland in the last round. Giosuè Zilocchi comes into the front row in the place of Marco Riccioni and Giovanni D’Onofrio replaces Dario Schiabel on the wing. Marco Zanon continues to captain the side from inside centre in a largely unchanged back line.
