Sharks bite Ireland as England progress to Women’s World Cup Final

Captain, Katie McLean, and lock forward, Tamara Taylor were in semi-final action yesterday. . .

as England destroyed a fancied Irish side 40 points to 7 in a clinical display.
Katie put in an arguably player-of-the-match performance, pulling the strings as the England midfield ran amok, and Tamara more than did her bit with a gutsy and determined performance in a pack that blew the Irish away.
Surely both did enough to be starters in the Final on Sunday, when they will seek to carry home the biggest prize of all for the first time.

Well done girls, and Good Luck on Sunday. All of England (especially those of a DMPRFC persuasion!) are proud of you!!
