This opportunity is strictly for club members who are over the age of 16 and who have either been a member during the 2013/14 season or have paid up for the relevant 2014/15 membership by 1st June 2014.
There are a limited number of tickets that will be decided through a club ballot.
Tickets will be sold direct to members from RWC 2015 once the ballot is complete with strict terms and conditions applicable.

Ticket Options:
There are two ballots available to members:
1. Tickets for the 10 Twickenham fixtures
2. Tickets for all other 38 Non-Twickenham Fixtures

Note:
i) Members can enter into both ballots
ii) Members can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets per match if successful within the club ballot.
iii) Tickets are not allocated to particular seats or price bands at present. Upon a successful allocation via the club ballot it is the responsibly of the MEMBER to choose their desired price band for that respective match dealing directly with RWC 2015.

To apply qualifying members must fill in the DMP ticket ballot application form which is available to download via the Club website or for collection at the Arena main reception.

Completed forms should be:
• Emailed to info@mowdenpark.com
• Returned to the Arena main reception

After applying: What’s next?
• Ticket Request Application sent to DMP by the 12th May: 4 tickets per member per match
• Successful Members will be contacted by DMP by 13th May and members details will be entered onto the ER2015 (England Rugby 2015)Website by DMP.
• Confirmation email will be sent out by EC 2015 requesting Member to confirm registration on the ER2015 Website.
• Tickets go on sale 16th May – 30th June on a first come first served basis.
• Member will order their desired price band tickets during the above dates on: www.tickets.rugbyworldcup.com
• Tickets will be distributed by the RFU prior to the summer of 2015

Tickets are strictly for the use of the nominated individual they are not transferable, not to be sold or offered to any other party. If anyone breaches the rules the RFU can withdraw some or all of our ticket allocation.

Note that the RFU rules are very strict to protect priority ticket sales and ensure they go to community rugby fans.

If you breach the rules you will jeopardise our RWC allocation and DMP RFC’s future international ticket allocation.
