The competition, including team/squad sizes, will follow the New Rules of Play introduced in 2015 (attached for reference).

The price per team includes:
• Entry into the Minis Rugby Festival running from 9am until 1pm (TBC upon receiving entries)
• 1 x free U16 ticket and 1 x free Adult ticket per child participating in the festival for the Mowden 1st XV game against Esher (Additional adults will need to pay £5).
• A team photo as a souvenir to take away from the day.
• All teams who stay for the game will take part in a parade on the pitch at half time.
• A team displaying good sportsmanship will be chosen to take part in the guard of honour for the 1st XV game also.

Fixtures will be sent out the week of the competition so teams can familiarise themselves with the timings. We will also provide a map – illustrating the layout of the pitches, changing rooms, toilets, access to teas and coffees for parents/spectators.

The deadline for entry is Friday 23rd February 2018.
