As the excitement for the new season approaches I’d like to take the opportunity to highlight some processes around the new Mowden Park Memberships that we have launched. To date the feedback has been fantastic and we thank the large number of members, both new and old, who have bought into the various member benefits that are now on offer. It has been a large overhaul for us as a club but one that hopefully provides excellent value and simplicity at a world class venue.
As we approach the new season I’d like to re-highlight some of the new procedures to help:

• All memberships are now held on a new database system.
• To purchase or renew your membership this season (the 1st year of the new system) you will need to complete a membership application either online or in person. This is a requirement for both for the new system and for insurance purposes.
• We will have Direct Debit options available for next season to save members filling out forms year on year when renewing.
• All membership cards (including Queenie and Queenie+ that give entrance to 1st XV home league games) will be available for collection at Arena Reception from Wed 3rd Sept onwards, and at the ticket collection office for both Blaydon (Sat 6th Sept) and Cinderford (Sat 20th Sept) games.
