Minis end of Season Awards

Dear all please see below for confirmation of arrangements for the presentations this Friday 8 May at the stadium:

Venue – The Concourse under the main stand if rubbish weather, or outside in the main stand if warmer – either way bring a coat!!!
Timing - 18:30 for a 19:00 start
Food - there will be a light finger buffet available for everyone including parents and coaches!!
NB - individual team talk time is 10 minutes with a 15 minute comfort break between the U9s - U10s
Hopefully we should be done by 20:30

Note also this is last chance saloon for getting camp forms and payment in.
