Darlington Mowden Park face 4th placed Rosslyn Park on Saturday in Round 5 of the National One season. Head coach Garry Law was excited to be returning to home soil this weekend, after 2 consecutive away games: "The lads are looking forward to getting back and playing at home against what is a very big and experienced Rosslyn outfit who have started this season very positively."

Law's side started the season with 2 straight wins, including a 42-19 win in their last home game against Rotherham Titans. DMP then faced 2 tough away trips to Old Elthamians and Blackheath which yielded no points on the road: "We are coming off the back of 2 difficult away fixtures where we didn't perform to the levels required to win those kind of matches. This has meant we have slipped down the table."

Speaking on how his side have reacted to the two defeats, Law said: "This has only upped the intensity in training where the lads are champing at the bit to right the wrongs and get the season kick started, starting this weekend at home to Rosslyn Park."
