Teeside born winger Pete Homan arrives at the club from Plymouth Albion and can count London Scottish and Rotherham Titans amongst his previous clubs as well as appearing for England u20s counties.

Back rower Rory Duff has re-signed for the club having made six appearances for Mowden Park last season having returned to the club following a six month spell in Australia.

Head Coach John Newton said: “Pete had two outstanding years at Rotherham before moving onto London Scottish and then Plymouth where things didn’t go to well due to injuries and selection, but being a local lad we are delighted to sign him.

“Pete is a powerful destructive ball carrier and a great finisher whose work ethic on and off the pitch is second to none and he always wants to learn”

“Rory’s game understanding and ball skills are outstanding and he will provide great competition in the back row.

“We were delighted when he returned to the club last year from Australia and we are looking forward to having him for the full season.”
