Notice is hereby given of an EGM, which is due to take place at 7pm on Wednesday 20th July 2016, in the Presidents Room at the Arena.
All full voting members are invited to attend.
The purpose of the EGM is for the membership to consider updates to outdated Articles of Association and governance structures for the various Darlington Mowden Park companies.
These changes are proposed in line with the substantial transition and growth that the Club has gone through since its move to the Arena.
Several items legislatively require ratification by members and are key to future plans and prosperity.
Details of all proposals will be available in advance of the EGM for members to consider. An update signposting how to obtain this information will be communicated in due course.
