The updated Articles of Association that will be proposed to full voting members by the General Committee at the EGM for Darlington Mowden Park RFC Ltd, Darlington Arena Ltd and DMP Arena Trading Ltd are now available for prior consideration.

Given the technical and legal complexities of the documents the Club’s solicitors (BHP Law) will be attending the EGM to present a summary of the proposed updates with supporting rationale.
