The camps aim to create a fun environment focusing on all-rounder player development through a range of rugby based skills, drills, activities and games. Broken down into age specific sessions they are a great way to try rugby for the first time or develop your key skills.
Coaching is conducted by the Mowden Park Community Team and professional 1st XV players.*

Want to learn how the professionals do it?
Open to all boys and girls aged between U12-U17 the camp aims to develop the player’s key skills in a fun environment.

Taken by the Mowden Community Team and 1st XV player’s* participants will cover strength and conditioning, good practice and correct techniques, specific positional work, unit skills and team strategy.
