Newcastle Falcons Head Coach Confirmed for May’s Event!

Darlington Mowden Park are delighted to announce that Dave Walder will be joining us on Monday 21st May as one of a number of sporting celebrities. The former England fly-half will play host to one of a number of platinum tables on the night, a great chance to team up with Walder against other local sporting stars.

Walder will join us having helped Newcastle Falcons to the playoffs this season after a breakthrough season for the club. The 39 year-old joined the Falcons as attack coach in 2015, having made 140 appearances for the club as a player. The Durham University graduate played four tests for England between 2001 and 2003, after making his test debut against Canada in June 2001.

Looking ahead to May's event, Walder said: “I’m really looking forward to coming to Mowden Park for a Question of Sport. It should be a great night and I’ll be supporting Bill all the way!"
