Ahead of Saturday's game at the Butts Park Arena, the Coventry supporters club have kindly extended a number of offers to travelling Mowden Park supporters. The details are as follows, with a full breakdown available to download at the bottom of this page.

RAMADA HOTEL (on the same road and less than 5 minutes walk from Butts Park Arena)
Our Partnership Agreement includes both car parking and accommmodation. This will give supporters the opportunity to make an overnight stay of their weekend and to enjoy some of the the many tourist attractions, places to see and things to do, which Coventry has to offer. The City of Culture status is something which Coventry has fought hard to win, and will assume the mantle from Hull to be the City of Culture during the year 2021. Many preparations are already in place.
The Partnership Agreement offers the following:-

1, Car Parking - supporters can park their car in the hotel car park for a reduced fee of £2.00. To qualify for this discount, supporters must produce their date-and-game-specific match ticket at Reception when returning to collect their car.

2, Bed and Breakfast - when making the booking it will be necessary to quote “Coventry Rugby”, to state that the purpose of the visit is to attend the game at BPA, and to provide credit/debit card details to guarantee the room. This will qualify the supporter for a discounted charge of £75.00, subject to room availability. The supporter will then be required to show his date-and-game-specific match ticket to the Reception staff as evidence, as soon as possible.

3, Bed, Breakfast and Evening Meal - as above, but the charge will be £125.00.

2 and 3 above are based on a couple sharing either a twin or a double standard bedroom and on availability.

Booking for overnight stay should be made either by phoning or emailing the hotel directly, since this is a local arrangement and Reception staff are familiar with the details of the Partnership Agreement. Akbars is a high class Indian restauarant having been in business for over 30 years, serving high quality contemporary Indian cuisine and Indian tapas. It boasts a modern decor, bar, lounge and terrace.

Upon production of a date-and-game-specific match ticket a 10% discount will be applied to the food element of the bill.

A party of 4 guests or less will benefit from the 10% discount. For parties of 4 guests or more, the 10% discount will apply to 4 guests, and the additional guests will be subject to a 5% discount.

It would be particularly useful to the staff if the date-and-game-specific match ticket could be produced at the time of ordering from the menu as well as when asking for the bill. This will help them in their preparation of the bill and to apply the discount/s applicable.
