Fireworks will return to Darlington this November as the Northern Echo Arena announce details of a huge display to be held on Sunday 5th November. Spectators will be able to watch the display from the comfort of their seats inside the Arena, as well as enjoying live bands from a huge stage. The Arena’s Events Manager Danny Brown was thrilled to be announcing the event: “We’re delighted to bring Fireworks back to Darlington. It’s taken a lot of work to organise this event, but the work of TFM and the Council, as well as the support of event sponsors Aldi, have helped make it a reality. We hope this will be the first of many fireworks events at the Arena and that it will become an annual event for years to come.”

The Aldi Darlington Fireworks Spectacular is set to include an array of entertainment for spectators to enjoy, from fire breathers to live bands, with North-East radio station TFM set to provide an array of entertainment. Station Director Dominic Munnelly commented: “TFM are pleased to be a supporting partner of this exciting new event. The people of Darlington have told us they wanted their own firework event in the town. We are happy to have worked with the club over the last year or so to put together what promises to be a superb night of family entertainment.”

Tickets for November’s event are now on sale from both the Arena and the Dolphin Centre, and will also be on sale over the phone by calling the club on 01325 350267. Tickets are priced at £8 for adults, £4 for U16s and £20 for a family ticket of 2 adults and up to 2 children. A limited number of parking passes will be available priced at £5 each.
